Where is Trickle?
We are a North East clothing retailer based at 35 Highbridge, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 1EW. Our store can be found at the same address.

What currency will i be charged in ?
The $, €, and ¥ prices are calculated daily from the current exchange rates and are approximate only. The final price is fixed and will be charged in £ Sterling. The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied when your account is debited at checkout.

Can i order over the phone ?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept orders over the telephone at present.


Can I collect my item from your store?
Yes, please contact us via phone on +44(0)191 231 4789 to arrange a store collection. Please print off, and bring along your order confirmation, as we will require this as proof of purchase and identity.


Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver to most countries worldwide, your postage rate will be calculated at the checkout when you finish your order. Delivery times vary depend on location, feel free to contact us for additional information on International orders.

Having difficulty placing an order ?

Can i change my order once placed ?
Once your order has been confirmed, it's not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please contact us if you have placed an order incorrectly and we will cancel that order, allowing you to re-order the correct items.

Do i have to pay customs and import charges ?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It is be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Please be aware that your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.

Delivery details
Trickle ships worldwide using trusted couriers DHL and the Royal Mail. Uk Mainland shipping is free and will be dispatched the same day for any orders placed before 2pm. Standard shipping will take up to 3 days for delivery.

When will i know my order has been shipped ?
As soon as you have received your 'Dispatch Confirmation' email from us with your DHL reference you will know that it has been shipped by us on that date. If you require a tracking reference, please contact us and one will be supplied upon request.

What payment types does Trickle accept?
Trickle uses Paypal to accept all its payments, Paypal accepts all major bank and credit cards. Please note, you do not need to have a Paypal account to use this service, it is a form of secure gateway to accept payments through.

Can i track my order ?
All international orders will be sent using DHL, you can follow the progress online at HYPERLINK "http://www.dhl.co.uk/" www.dhl.co.uk
For UK mainland orders sent using the Royal Mail, we can supply a tracking reference upon request.
Please note, once we have emailed you the tracking reference, we recommend you track from this point on, online, as we are not able to track each order once it has left our warehouse.

Can i have a different delivery address to my payment address ?
You can only specify a different delivery address from your billing address, if it is your place of work. Just fill in your office address details at the checkout when prompted. We cannot change the delivery address of a parcel once your order has been placed.

DHL have contacted me for further information for my country customs department ?
Each country will have their own goods import procedures and these can vary across countries.
